If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and we will experience true happiness. If our mind is not peaceful we will find it difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. In this series we'll learn practical methods to help our mind become peaceful and be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
Join us for meditation, teaching and discussion. Everyone welcome, drop in to any class.

Tot Spot Cafe Fees: Admission for Children is $6.00 per hour of play. Our Sibling Rate is $4.00 per hour for the 2nd child. Infants under 6 months are always free. If bringing kids, please arrive at 2:45 to help them settle in.
